By downloading, installing, or using the ShieldConnect application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

ShieldConnect provides a VPN service based on the OpenConnect/AnyConnect protocols. We offer a rewarded traffic model where users can obtain data quota by interacting with advertisements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for:

• Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting criminal acts.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any other destructive code.
• Performing DDoS attacks or attempting to breach any computer network.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (Spam).
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others.

4. Traffic Quota and Rewards

The traffic quota obtained through rewarded ads is for personal use only. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or expire your traffic quota without prior notice if we detect fraudulent activity or technical abuse.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShieldConnect be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
